time difference (n.)時區之間的時間差

jet lag (n.)時差
* I don’t have a problem with jet lag.
* I’m a bit tired from the jet lag.

time lag (n.)事件之間的時間差(跟時區沒關係)
* There’s a time lag of about a week between having the blood test and getting the results.

social jet lag (phr.)休假後返工時差
* Do you have social jet lag?

weekend lag (phr.)週未時差
* That’s a serious case of weekend lag.
